AI Specialist / Business Intelligence Consultant

We are looking for people with a general outlook across technologies.
We need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – in both English and English.
We love to talk to consultants of all levels – from super juniors to experienced seniors.
We expect a mix of home office & work in our offices (Prague Prosek & Prague Anděl & Brno Clubco coworking) & at the client’s site.
Every client & every project is different, so you can never spend 100% of your time in one place.
What does it look like during the day?
- We research new technologies and trends in AI and look for ways to apply them to our clients and our solutions.
- We work on projects for clients or work on internal projects and learn new things.
- We perform business analysis – we identify the client’s needs and map them to available data.
- We communicate closely with customers, solve their problems and present the results.
- We prepare data for reporting and analysis.
- Leading a small team or training customers – this is welcome but not compulsory.
What experience and knowledge would we need in a new team member?
- Experience with Python or R is required.
- In Python, we highly value experience with Data Science libraries (Numpy, Pandas, Tensorflow, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, Keras…).
- Similarly, we appreciate the popular Data Science libraries in R (tidyverse, dplyr, caret, randomForest…).
- At least basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure (better yet, Azure AI Services).
- Advanced knowledge of the English language is essential.
- We’re looking for someone with a passion for AI, machine learning and current transformer models who wants to continue learning.
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting (Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense, Spotfire, Tableau, etc.) or an ETL tool is an advantage.
