Česká spořitelna
Česká spořitelna is the bank with the longest tradition and the largest number of clients on the Czech market. Since 2000, the bank has been part of the strong Central European Erste Group.

Customer requirement
Česká spořitelna provides a wide range of products through an extensive network of banking advisors. In order to manage and influence the performance of this branch network, the bank needed to create a reporting system to monitor performance indicators to motivate bankers. These are diverse indicators derived from product sales, customer portfolio mix and activities over the customer portfolio. Based on these indicators, bonuses for individual bankers and heads of branch network business units are calculated and reported. The reports must meet data security requirements and allow comparison of indicators at different levels of the branch network organisational structure. It is important that users see only their own sales data and that of subordinate units. The reports must be able to handle the workload of several thousand employees in the branch network.
Solution
In order to meet the requirement, an analysis of user needs was carried out, a solution proposal and its implementation were prepared.
